President of Transmera AB, a small company with no employees, Professor Spaeth has a PhD in Socioeconomics from the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) She has taught at the Tec de Monterrey (ITESM), Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Linkoping University in Sweden, UWS in Scotland, and Loyola University and National Louis Universities in Chicago and Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
